We also keep information of the services we have given for future reference if you need our help again and to honor warranties.
We only keep your data for as long as needed, which is 6 years or until you tell us you no longer want us to hold it. Once these times frames are up we will responsibly remove your data and destroy all documents that hold it.
We keep your digital data on password protected computers and your physical data such as invoices etc. in locked cabinets. Only management have access to this information until employees are designated a job, then they will receive the relevant information to provide a service.
We undertake not to share with or disclose any personally identifiable information collected at our Work premises with third parties, unless we have your consent to do so. The only time we would disclose information is where we are required by law.
